We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems.Data Entry Operator responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. You will work with a data team and Data Manager. Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position will be considered an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry, conducting research to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials, Creating digital documents from paper or dictation. Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies, capturing data into digital databases and performing regular backups, Updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems. Monitoring and reviewing databases and correcting errors or inconsistencies, generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed, Performing clerical duties such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as needed. Please note that all job tasks are intended to be executed using the company's issued equipment and software. This position requires little or zero knowledge of data entry. This position is fully remote, offering flexible working hours that allow you to decide when you would like to work each week and from any location of your choice. The maximum number of hours you can work per week is 25hrs, and the pay rate is $40 per hour.

Upon acceptance of this position, you will undergo one week of training supervised by your designated trainer. The training will focus on accurately using the required programs and systems. The training will be conducted online using the company's assigned equipment, including a laptop and software. Additionally, you will receive a stipend of $250 as a training allowance and sign-up bonus.
